Azure Pipelines/Serenity BDD中Selenium间歇性SessionNotCreatedException求助

我在Azure流水线及本地笔记本环境中，使用Serenity BDD框架针对Web应用执行Selenium Web测试时，遇到间歇性问题：测试套件启动阶段偶尔会抛出SessionNotCreatedException，表现为chromedriver无法与浏览器建立连接。

目前已排除Chrome浏览器及chromedriver不可用的情况——后续测试用例通常能正常启动浏览器并由webdriver控制。以下是异常序列信息：
