Seurat中FeaturePlot保留原配色并添加指定图例的技术问题

问题根源 #

你的配色变化是由scale_color_distiller导致的——Seurat的FeaturePlot默认使用内置的连续色阶（通常是viridis系列或自定义的基因表达配色），而scale_color_distiller会强制替换为ColorBrewer的调色板，直接覆盖了原有的颜色映射，和theme部分无关。

解决方案：保留原配色+调整图例样式 #

不需要替换颜色映射，直接修改现有图例的属性即可实现需求，代码如下：
