1. 确保模型正确挂载CarrierWave验证

仅在app/uploaders/user_avatar_uploader.rb中设置格式白名单无法将错误同步到模型错误集合，必须在UserProfile模型中添加对应验证规则：

同时确认上传器的格式限制配置正确：
