But converting latin characters as bytes to `quoted_printable` does not work:

原因分析 #

这是quopri模块的默认行为，完全符合Quoted-Printable编码的规范（RFC 2045）：规范规定ASCII可打印字符（ASCII码33-126，包括拉丁字母、数字、常见符号如()、空格等）可以直接保留，不需要编码；只有非ASCII字符、控制字符、以及特殊字符=需要被编码为=XX格式（XX为字节的十六进制表示）。

解决方案：强制编码所有字符 #

如果需要将所有字节都转换为Quoted-Printable格式（包括ASCII可打印字符），可以自定义编码函数，遍历每个字节并手动转换：
