Laravel中Livewire+Blade无法检索工单数据问题求助

1. ManageCase组件：未初始化加载用户工单 #

原组件仅定义了getUserCases方法，但从未触发调用，导致视图中的$cases始终为空。

修改ManageCase.php，在组件挂载或渲染时主动加载用户工单：
