Filament动态关联下拉框查询成功但无法渲染数据问题

我在Filament中实现关联下拉框时遇到问题：

1. 第一个生产编号下拉框可正常渲染：

解决思路 #

核心问题：闭包未返回查询结果 #

你的options闭包函数执行了数据库查询，但没有返回结果，导致Filament无法获取到选项数据。修正代码，给查询加上return：
