VSCode中GitHub Pull Requests扩展无法添加PR评论求助

我正在使用VSCode的GitHub Pull Requests扩展审核Pull Request（PR），一周前已完成分配给我的PR的部分审核，但今日继续审核时遇到问题：无法在PR的代码行附近添加评论，+按钮呈灰色不可用状态。

此外，点击「Add File Comment」按钮时，会收到报错提示：

The cursor must be within a commenting range to add a comment.（光标必须位于可评论范围内才能添加评论）

已尝试的无效操作 #

• 重启VSCode及电脑
• 卸载并重新安装该扩展
• 退出并重新登录GitHub账号
