如何在ConstraintLayout中实现标签与柱状图的动态位置及层级切换？

当柱状图（pragatiUchit）与父布局顶部存在间距时，将TextView标签（tvUchit）置于柱状图上方；当柱状图高度铺满父布局（顶部无间距）时，将标签移至柱状图前方，且顶部对齐父布局避免被裁剪。

可行方案：利用ConstraintLayout约束优先级实现 #

完全可以通过ConstraintLayout的约束优先级特性实现这个动态行为，无需额外代码，纯XML就能搞定。核心思路是给TextView设置两组垂直约束，通过优先级控制哪组约束生效：

1. 给柱状图配置动态高度约束
   先把柱状图的固定高度512dp改成0dp，用上下约束来控制高度，这样它的高度会根据父布局空间自动调整，判断是否铺满顶部：

原理说明 #

ConstraintLayout的约束优先级范围是0-1000，默认值为500，优先级越高的约束越会被优先满足：

• 当柱状图顶部与父布局有间距时，高优先级的constraintBottom_toTopOf约束可以正常满足，标签会显示在柱状图上方
• 当柱状图铺满父布局（顶部无间距），高优先级约束无法满足（标签会超出父布局顶部），此时会自动启用低优先级的constraintTop_toTopOf约束，标签顶部对齐父布局，显示在柱状图前方
