1. 验证SDK路径正确性 #

先确认你在eas.json中配置的/Home/Sdk是否为本地Android SDK的真实路径：

• macOS默认路径：~/Library/Android/sdk
• Linux默认路径：~/Android/Sdk
• Windows默认路径：C:\Users\<你的用户名>\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk
  确保路径存在，且能正常访问platforms、tools等核心目录。

2. 全局配置环境变量 #

仅在production环境配置SDK路径无法覆盖所有构建场景，建议全局设置环境变量：

• macOS/Linux：在~/.zshrc、~/.bash_profile或~/.profile中添加：

  export ANDROID_HOME=/你的真实SDK路径
  export ANDROID_SDK_ROOT=$ANDROID_HOME
  export PATH=$PATH:$ANDROID_HOME/tools:$ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools
  

  添加后执行source ~/.zshrc（对应你的shell类型）使配置生效。
• Windows：在系统环境变量中新增ANDROID_HOME和ANDROID_SDK_ROOT，值为SDK路径；再将%ANDROID_HOME%\tools和%ANDROID_HOME%\platform-tools添加到Path变量中。

3. 配置local.properties文件 #

在项目的android目录下创建或修改local.properties文件，添加：

sdk.dir=/你的真实SDK路径

Windows系统需转义路径分隔符，例如：C:\\Users\\用户名\\AppData\\Local\\Android\\Sdk

4. 统一所有构建环境的SDK配置 #

将SDK路径配置添加到eas.json的所有构建环境中，确保开发、预览、生产构建都能读取到：
