升级Spring Boot3/Thymeleaf的Eclipse压缩项目导入运行时模板解析错误求助

将示例项目从Spring Boot 2+Java 11升级到Spring Boot 3+Java 17后，项目本身可正常运行，但通过Eclipse导出为压缩包重新导入运行时，会抛出错误：

Error resolving template [], template might not exist or might not be accessible by any of the configured Template Resolvers

执行Project->Update Maven Project可临时修复，但Spring Boot 2版本无需此操作。尝试过修改pom.xml升级依赖、用Spring Initializr重建项目、升级Eclipse版本，均无法彻底解决——重新导出修复后的项目再导入，错误仍会出现。

原因分析 #

解决步骤 #

1. 显式配置Maven资源插件 #

在pom.xml的build节点下添加资源配置，强制包含所有资源文件：
