公式需求
需为最后一列「Fee paired with IZ ref」编写公式，规则如下：
- 当
fee的值能匹配到至少一个amount的值，且该amount对应的IZ ref不为空时，返回yes IZ Ref用于判定对应amount是否具备参与匹配的资格- 若
fee所在行的IZ Ref为空，只要匹配到的amount对应的IZ ref存在，同样返回yes
