PyQt5 QComboBox下拉列表图片显示与尺寸调整问题求助

问题需求 #

需要对QComboBox实现两个定制效果：

• 下拉列表展开时隐藏第一项，列表收起时该项正常显示；
• 下拉列表中的第2、3项（索引1、2）图标尺寸放大2倍，同时不影响控件本身显示的图标大小。

解决方案说明 #

1. 动态控制首项显示/隐藏：通过监听QComboBox的showPopup和hidePopup信号，在下拉展开时隐藏首项，收起时恢复显示。
2. 指定项图标放大：自定义QStyledItemDelegate，重绘下拉列表项时，针对指定索引的图标进行放大处理，避免全局iconSize设置影响控件本身的显示。
