Flutter中Horizontal ListView内Card内容无法居中问题

问题核心：水平ListView的子组件（MyCardWidget）没有明确的尺寸约束，导致内部Column的居中属性无法生效。Column的mainAxisAlignment.center需要父容器有确定的高度，crossAxisAlignment.center需要父容器有确定的宽度，而默认情况下Card在水平ListView中会自适应内容尺寸，没有足够空间让内容居中。

解决方案1：给卡片设置固定尺寸 #

在MyCardWidget中用SizedBox包裹Card，指定宽度和高度（高度与外层ListView的高度匹配），确保Column有明确的布局空间：
