Next.js 13.4.12执行npm run dev时出现Byte Index Out of Bounds错误求助

使用命令 npx create-next-app@13.4.12 安装Next.js 13.4.12版本，所有依赖安装过程无异常，但执行 npm run dev 启动开发服务器时，触发以下错误：

byte index 6 is out of bounds of \ude
⨯ ./app/layout.tsx
Error: failed to process byte index 6 is out of bounds of \ude

附：安装过程正常状态截图、错误提示截图，完整错误日志已留存。已尝试多种排查方法但未解决问题，请求协助。
