你把history()方法的before和after参数搞颠倒了！

• after参数指定的是时间范围的起始点（仅获取该时间之后的消息）
• before参数指定的是时间范围的结束点（仅获取该时间之前的消息）

你现在的设置是before=start_of_month（2021-01-01）、after=end_of_month（2021-01-31），这相当于要求获取“在1月1日之前，同时又在1月31日之后”的消息——这显然没有符合条件的内容，所以返回空列表是必然结果。

修正后的代码 #

只需要调换两个参数的取值即可：
