Python操作MongoDB一切正常，但用Node.js连接时反复报错，错误类型为MongoServerSelectionError，具体提示connect ECONNREFUSED ::1:27017。

解决方法 #

1. 强制使用IPv4连接 #

Node.js默认优先解析localhost为IPv6地址（::1），但你的MongoDB可能只监听了IPv4的127.0.0.1。直接把连接URL里的localhost改成127.0.0.1即可：

2. 检查MongoDB绑定IP配置 #

打开MongoDB的配置文件（Windows下通常是mongod.cfg，Linux下为/etc/mongod.conf），找到net.bindIp配置项，确保它的值包含127.0.0.1或者设为0.0.0.0（允许所有IP访问）。修改后重启MongoDB服务生效。

3. 确认MongoDB服务状态与端口权限 #

• 重启MongoDB服务，确保服务正常运行。
• 检查防火墙或安全软件是否拦截了27017端口，可临时关闭测试是否能连接。
