1. 重复的Relationship ID：修改后重复添加了ID为someID的关联条目，而OpenXML规范强制要求同一关系文件内的所有Id属性必须唯一，重复ID会触发Excel的文件有效性校验，导致修复流程启动。
2. 冗余的CustomUI关联：原文件中已经存在4个不同ID但指向同一个customUI/customUI.xml的关联，这类冗余内容也会干扰Excel的文件解析逻辑，最终在修复时被批量重置。

Excel修复时会自动移除无效的重复/冗余条目，同时可能重置整个关系文件，这就是自定义Ribbon消失的直接原因。

解决步骤 #

1. 清理并修正.rels文件 #

• 将你的xlsm文件后缀名改为.zip，解压到本地文件夹
• 打开解压后的\_rels文件夹，用文本编辑器打开.rels文件
• 删除所有重复的Id="someID"条目，同时只保留一个指向customUI/customUI.xml的关联（单个customUI.xml即可定义所有自定义Ribbon内容，多关联完全冗余）
