SharePoint/IIS HTTP 503错误求助：cachuri.dll加载失败致应用池停止

症状 #

• 所有用户无法访问任何SharePoint站点，提示：

  HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

• 部分应用池运行数分钟后因**Rapid-Fail Protection（快速失败保护）**自动停止
• 事件查看器中每秒都会触发错误：

  The Module DLL C:\windows\System32\inetsrv\cachuri.dll failed to load. The data is the error.

已尝试的无效操作 #

• 重启服务器、所有服务及应用池
• 从其他服务器替换cachuri.dll文件并注册
• 参考有限搜索信息，尝试重新安装IIS部分功能
