解决LibraryImport调用InsertMenu找不到入口点的问题

问题核心在于LibraryImportAttribute和DllImportAttribute对Win32 API入口点的处理逻辑不同：

旧的DllImport会根据字符串参数的封送方式，自动映射到InsertMenuA（ANSI编码）或InsertMenuW（Unicode编码）；
而LibraryImport默认不会自动添加后缀，直接查找名为InsertMenu的入口点，但user32.dll中并没有这个无后缀的入口点，因此报错。

两种可行的解决方案

方案1：使用`StringMarshalling`自动匹配入口点

这种方式和原DllImport的默认行为一致，让编译器自动根据字符串编码选择对应的API版本：
