复选框勾选设警告保护、取消勾选无法移除保护的异常问题

需求与问题 #

• 需求：勾选复选框时为对应单元格创建警告式保护（设置protection.setWarningOnly(true)），勾选状态用于直观提示流程已执行；取消勾选时移除保护，并提示操作后果。
• 问题：原代码中取消勾选时调用protection.remove()无法真正移除保护，且多次操作后会出现重复保护问题（见附图）：

问题根源 #

原代码每次触发onEdit时都会调用eRange.protect()，这会重复创建新的保护规则。取消勾选时仅移除了本次新建的保护，之前积累的旧保护仍存在，导致无法彻底移除保护，同时产生重复保护。

修复说明 #

1. 先通过getProtections()获取单元格已有的保护，避免重复创建
2. 勾选时仅在无保护的情况下新建保护，防止重复保护积累
3. 取消勾选时遍历移除所有相关保护，确保彻底清除
4. 添加了操作提示弹窗，满足需求中的后果警告要求
