一、解决初始显示“System.Windows.Controls.ToolTip”的问题 #

问题出在你ContentTemplate里的绑定逻辑：当前绑定的是ToolTip控件实例本身，初始阶段ViewModel属性还未完成绑定，WPF会默认显示控件的ToString()结果（即类名）。正确的做法是绑定ToolTip的Content属性——也就是你通过ToolTip="{Binding MyViewModelProperty}"设置的目标值。

修改后的样式代码如下：

二、全局配置ToolTip样式 #

要让整个应用的所有控件自动应用该ToolTip样式，只需做两步：

1. 移除样式的x:Key属性，这样它会成为默认样式，自动应用给所有未指定样式的ToolTip。
2. 将样式放到App.xaml的<Application.Resources>中，确保全局生效。

全局样式代码（放在App.xaml里）：
