Meilisearch与Vue InstantSearch：如何限制搜索仅匹配指定属性？

你用错了配置项 #

attributes-to-retrieve的作用是指定搜索结果返回哪些字段，不是限制搜索时匹配的字段。所以你设置这个只会让返回的item里只包含指定字段，但搜索时依然会匹配所有被Meilisearch标记为可搜索的字段（比如你的founder字段），这就是为什么搜“Porsche”会带出VW的原因。

正确的解决方案 #

有两种方式可以实现只在name字段搜索：

方式一：前端通过Vue InstantSearch配置

直接在<ais-configure>组件中添加searchable-attributes参数，覆盖默认的搜索字段配置：

这里保留attributes-to-retrieve是为了只返回你需要用到的name和logo字段，避免冗余数据。

方式二：Meilisearch后台全局配置索引

如果希望这个索引的所有搜索都只针对name字段，更推荐直接在Meilisearch的索引设置里配置（一劳永逸）：

• 可以通过Meilisearch Dashboard操作，或者用API调用：

  配置完成后，无论前端怎么发起搜索，都会只匹配name字段，无需在前端重复设置。

额外提示 #

如果后续需要同时搜索多个字段（比如name和description），只需把searchable-attributes设置为数组形式即可，比如['name', 'description']。Meilisearch默认会把所有字段设为可搜索，所以必须明确指定你需要的搜索字段。
