设置gtag consent授权ad_storage后Chrome控制台第三方Cookie警告修复咨询

当在网站中设置如下Consent配置时：

gtag("consent", "update", {
    ad_storage: "granted",
    analytics_storage: "granted"
});

谷歌Chrome控制台会抛出两类警告：

• 第一类警告提示Google Ads转化追踪请求未检测到HTTP响应，需确保Google Ads标签安装正确
• 第二类警告提示Google Ads再营销请求未检测到HTTP响应，需确保Google Ads标签安装正确

经观察，仅当ad_storage设为"granted"时才会触发上述警告，analytics_storage无论设置为哪种选项都不会出现警告。

请问需采取何种措施修复该警告？比如修改Google Ads或Google Tag Manager设置，还是其他操作？或是因这些为Google Cookie，问题会由Google自行修复？

注：已在Google Tag Manager和Google Analytics帮助论坛提问，但尚未收到回复。
