如何在Maven settings.xml中正确配置Artifactory密码

生成该文件时，Artifactory UI还自动生成了一个认证令牌，但未说明用途，我不确定是否应将其作为密码使用。此外，自动生成的settings.xml中密码字段提示需使用base64编码的明文密码，但我不清楚正确的编码流程。

我尝试将<username>设为明文用户名，<password>设为明文密码，返回401错误；将明文密码base64编码后设置为密码，仍出现相同错误：
