Django Admin为何显示structure默认空字典？如何展示动态默认值？

原因 #

1. 新建实例时type无默认值：你的type字段未设置default，新建Question实例时type默认是空字符串，触发post_init信号时，get_default_structure会返回空字典，和JSONField的default=dict结果一致，所以Admin表单显示{}。
2. 表单未联动更新structure：post_init仅在实例初始化时触发一次，当你在Admin表单中修改type选项时，不会重新计算structure的默认值，因此structure始终显示初始的{}。

解决方案 #

1. 给type设置默认值（快速解决新建初始值问题）

修改Question模型的type字段，添加default参数，确保新建实例时type有默认值，post_init能生成对应structure：
