.NET MAUI应用自定义TitleView随底部导航切换反复显隐问题

问题原因 #

你将Shell.TitleView直接定义在AppShell根节点下，属于全局TitleView，但Shell的TabBar导航机制中，每个ShellContent对应的页面会维护独立的导航上下文。切换Tab时，Shell会根据当前页面的导航状态（如是否自带TitleView、导航栈层级）决定全局TitleView的显示状态，再加上DataTemplate的懒加载特性，就会触发TitleView的渲染异常，出现交替显示/隐藏的现象——本质是全局TitleView和页面级导航上下文的渲染优先级冲突。

解决方案 #

方案1：每个页面单独设置TitleView（推荐）

放弃全局定义，在每个Tab对应的页面（比如DashboardPage、TransactionsPage等）的XAML中添加专属的Shell.TitleView，让每个页面的导航栏完全由自身控制，切换时不会产生冲突：

示例（以DashboardPage为例）：

如果需要统一样式，可把TitleView封装成自定义控件，每个页面直接引用即可避免重复代码。

方案2：全局TitleView配合Tab切换事件强制刷新

若坚持使用全局TitleView，可在AppShell后台代码中监听Tab切换事件，强制刷新TitleView状态：

1. 给TabBar添加x:Name：

为什么默认标题正常？ #

默认标题是Shell自动关联每个ShellContent的Title属性，属于页面级导航标题，和Tab的导航上下文完全绑定，不存在全局与页面级的优先级冲突，因此切换时不会出现异常。
