Snowflake数据库间歇性连接冻结问题排查求助

我们运行着一个基于Python的Azure Function App，通过以下代码连接Snowflake数据库：

connection = engine.connect().execution_options(autocommit=autocommit)

使用的依赖包版本如下：

snowflake-connector-python==2.7.9
numpy==1.23.0 
pandas==1.3.5
snowflake-connector-python[pandas]==2.7.9
sqlalchemy==1.4.41
snowflake-sqlalchemy==1.5.0

但有时在OCSP校验后连接会冻结，相关日志如下：
