核心错误：方法名拼写错误 #

原脚本中GetTopicPreviousSibbling和GetTopicNextSibbling的拼写有误，正确的方法名应为GetTopicPreviousSibling和GetTopicNextSibling（注意sibling的正确拼写），这是导致链接无法生成的关键原因。

变量判断逻辑修正 #

HelpNDoc的HndTopics API返回的是Topic对象而非字符串，因此判断是否存在父/前后兄弟主题时，应该检查对象是否为nil，而非空字符串。
