Android应用如何程序化检测通知权限下各复选框的状态？

在Android 8.0（API 26）及以上版本中，系统的通知细分设置（Real-time、Conversations、Notifications、Silent）对应通知渠道的重要性等级和会话属性，应用可通过NotificationManagerAPI获取对应状态：

3. 关键注意事项

• 必须提前创建对应ID的通知渠道，否则getNotificationChannel会返回null。
• Android 8.0以下无通知渠道概念，无法检测这些细分设置，仅能通过NotificationManagerCompat.areNotificationsEnabled()检测总通知权限是否开启。
• 若需监听用户修改渠道设置的行为，可注册NotificationManager.ACTION_NOTIFICATION_CHANNEL_UPDATED广播接收变化事件。
