错误原因分析 #

1. HTML内容未正确加载到文档对象
   原代码的With块里，htmlDoc.write单独成一行，没有传递.ReadAll读取到的文件内容，导致htmlDoc对象是空的，后续调用getElementById自然找不到目标元素，触发「Object Required」错误。

2. 早期绑定的兼容性问题
   声明spanElement As HTMLSpanElement属于早期绑定写法，必须提前在VBA编辑器中引用「Microsoft HTML Object Library」，否则会出现类型不匹配的问题。
