Azure Logic App异步202响应自定义ID传递及轮询URL有效期咨询

问题场景 #

我有一个由HTTP Request触发的Azure Logic App，会为每个请求负载分配ID并存入Table Storage，已启用Asynchronous Response功能，支持客户端触发即忘操作。我需要在202响应中返回生成的ID，方便客户端存储后用于后续查询Table Storage数据、状态检查、任务重放或调试追踪。

但实际测试发现，添加到Response Body的ID及自定义Header不会随202响应返回，只会在工作流完成后的状态轮询响应中出现。以下是收到的202响应示例：
