问题1：子表单sfrm_2无法录入多行数据 #

针对问题1：sfrm_2无法录入多行数据 #

1. 检查子表单属性
   确保sfrm_2的AllowAdditions属性设为True，AllowEdits设为True；若sfrm_2直接绑定到tbl_weld_defect_join，因此时weld_id尚未生成（需等待sfrm_1插入数据后获取），非绑定状态下无法直接写入关联表，推荐改用临时表方案：
   • 创建临时表tmp_weld_defects，字段与tbl_weld_defect_join一致（可去掉autoID，或设为自动编号）
