MacOS下.NET6环境运行Telerik Reporting Designer遇ReportSerializable异常

在MacOS系统的.NET6环境中，无论是Web应用、KendoUI项目还是简单MVC项目，运行Telerik Reporting设计器时，打开任意报表都会出现如下错误：
