LaTeX Socket Error：Rmd文档无法编译为PDF的问题求助

问题概述 #

使用系内提供的bookdown模板撰写论文，将Rmd编译为PDF时持续报错：

! LaTeX socket Error: Sockets can only be declared at top-level!

此前可正常编译，曾通过卸载重装tinytex解决，但目前该方法失效。.tex文件能正常生成，但单独编译时提示错误与hyperref.sty相关。已尝试更新R/RStudio、重装Mac上的LaTeXIT、清除缓存、使用空白模板编译，均无效果。首次出现问题是在使用split对齐公式后，即使移除新增内容，错误仍存在。

解决方案 #

• 调整hyperref加载配置
  这个错误通常是hyperref包的socket相关命令未在文档顶级（导言区最开头）声明导致的。检查模板的preamble.tex或_header.tex文件：

  1. 找到\DeclareSocket或与socket相关的命令，移到导言区最顶部；
  2. 若模板已加载hyperref，修改加载命令禁用socket功能：

     \usepackage[socket=false]{hyperref}
     

     无法直接修改模板的话，可在YAML头中添加参数：

     output:
       bookdown::pdf_book:
         pandoc_args: ["--variable", "hyperrefoptions=socket=false"]
     

• 临时禁用hyperref链接功能
  如果不需要文档内超链接，可直接关闭相关逻辑避免触发错误：

  output:
    bookdown::pdf_book:
      pandoc_args: ["--variable", "hyperrefoptions=nolinks"]
  

• 修复自定义命令位置
  编译日志指向\UseSocket命令在非顶级位置定义，找到该命令的定义处（对应tex文件第2080行附近），将其移到导言区顶级位置。

• 更换LaTeX引擎
  尝试将编译引擎从默认的pdflatex换成xelatex或lualatex，解决兼容性问题：

  output:
    bookdown::pdf_book:
      latex_engine: xelatex
  

• 彻底重置tinytex
  执行以下R命令清理并重装tinytex，排除旧包或缓存残留：

  tinytex::clean_tinytex()
  tinytex::uninstall_tinytex()
  tinytex::install_tinytex()
  

  完成后重启RStudio再尝试编译。
