在Windows 7系统上全新安装Android Studio（版本：2022.3.1 Patch 2）后，adb.exe会在启动时自动运行。但adb.exe 34.0.5启动失败（崩溃），随后陷入无限重启循环。尽管Android Studio已不再支持Windows 7，但另一台Windows 7设备上的adb.exe 34.0.5可正常运行。

关闭Android Studio后，在命令提示符中（需替换为自身platform-tools路径）执行以下操作：

执行server nodaemon命令时崩溃，报错：adb.exe : sysdeps_win32.cpp:602 _socket_set_errno: mapping Windows error code 10061 to errno 22，服务器未按预期运行。
