Expo Android端ScrollView过度滚动异常问题求助

方案一：监听滚动偏移手动修正边界 #

通过onScroll事件实时监听滚动位置，当偏移超出起始点（x<0或y<0）时，立即调用scrollTo修正到正确位置，既保留过度滚动效果，又拦截异常偏移。

方案二：替换为react-native-gesture-handler的ScrollView #

Expo已内置react-native-gesture-handler，它的ScrollView对滚动逻辑做了优化，原生组件的过度滚动异常问题大多能被解决，直接替换即可：

方案三：排查布局与版本问题 #
