Spring Cloud Config 4.0.3启动异常：无法加载配置数据

使用Spring Cloud Config 4.0.3版本搭建Eureka Server时，启动抛出异常提示无法从configserver:http://localhost:8071加载配置数据。添加optional:前缀后虽能避免启动失败，但应用无法正常导入配置。直接通过GET请求http://localhost:8071/eureka-server/dev可正常获取配置内容。

解决方案 #

1. 修正依赖，引入完整的Config Server Starter #

当前依赖仅引入了spring-cloud-config核心包，缺少自动配置所需的starter组件。替换为spring-cloud-starter-config完整starter包：
