-.NET Framework 4.8对.NET Standard 2.0的兼容并非原生内置，需要依赖NETStandard.Library.NETFramework兼容包提供netstandard程序集的实现，若未安装该包，运行时会找不到对应的程序集。
-.NET Framework 4.8不支持.NET Standard 2.1，如果引用的NuGet包依赖.NET Standard 2.1，CLR尝试加载该版本时会直接失败，进而触发链式错误（找不到2.1版本后回退查找2.0版本，若此时2.0的兼容实现也缺失，就会出现报错）。
