• 排查多余输出源
  乱码大多是因为输出缓冲区混入了额外内容，先检查这些地方：

  • 控制器方法中是否存在echo、print_r、var_dump这类调试代码，全部移除；
  • 项目的blade模板文件（尤其是布局文件）首尾是否有多余的空格、换行或空白字符，比如@extends标签前后、文件末尾的空行，这些都会被输出到缓冲区；
  • 自定义的中间件、服务提供者中是否有向输出流写入内容的逻辑，比如调试日志直接echo输出。

• 使用Laravel响应流包装下载
  改用response()->streamDownload方法，手动控制响应头和输出流，确保输出纯净：
