对比可正常运行的curl命令和出错的PHP脚本，存在两个关键差异导致错误：

请求体包含多余字段：PHP脚本中添加了'engine' => 'azureGPT4'参数，但Azure OpenAI的聊天补全接口（基于部署的调用方式）不需要在请求体里指定engine——URL路径中的deployments/azureGPT4已经明确了要使用的模型部署，多余的字段会导致请求格式不符合API规范，进而触发误导性的权限错误提示。
请求头的键名差异：虽然Azure OpenAI同时支持api-key和Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key作为API密钥的请求头，但为了和curl命令保持一致，建议统一使用api-key头，避免不必要的兼容问题。
