添加User Administrator角色后托管身份连接出现500内部服务器错误

为托管身份添加User Administrator角色（此前某线程提供的解决方案）后，连接托管身份时出现新错误：无法为租户“organizations”获取令牌，错误提示为ManagedIdentityCredential authentication failed: Internal Server Error occured with identity passed!，具体错误详情如下：
