如何用IronXl统计Excel工作表中真实非空单元格（排除已清空编辑单元格）

你当前用int maxIndex = otherWorksheet.Columns[1].Count;统计的是Excel列中被初始化过的单元格总数（包括曾经填充后清空的单元格），因为Excel会保留这些单元格的格式或历史记录，导致Count把它们算进去。

要只统计真正的非空单元格，需要遍历列内的每个单元格，判断其是否实际包含有效内容：

方法1：结合IsEmpty和文本判断 #

var targetColumn = otherWorksheet.Columns[1];
int nonEmptyCellCount = targetColumn.Cells.Count(cell => !cell.IsEmpty && !string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(cell.Text));

方法2：通过单元格值判断 #

var targetColumn = otherWorksheet.Columns[1];
int nonEmptyCellCount = targetColumn.Cells.Count(cell => cell.Value != null && !string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(cell.Value.ToString()));

这两种方式都会跳过那些曾经被填充但已清空、仅保留格式的单元格，只统计有实际内容（非空白、非空值）的单元格。
