问题原因 #

Get-ChildItem 默认的排序规则不是按最后修改时间排序，而是遵循文件系统的原生顺序（通常为文件名排序）。脚本直接遍历未排序的$files集合，导致序号递增顺序与文件修改时间顺序不匹配，最终出现序号错乱。

解决方法 #

在获取文件列表后，添加按LastWriteTime升序排序的逻辑，确保遍历顺序与文件修改时间从早到晚的顺序一致：

修改$files的赋值语句，追加Sort-Object处理：
