为TradingView PineScript指标添加RSI线变色警报请求

我需要在TradingView的PineScript指标中添加警报条件，当RSI线从白色变为红色或绿色时触发警报。图中白色箭头标注了警报触发的位置，尝试自行添加但无法实现，请求技术协助。

新增逻辑说明 #

• rsi_white_prev：判断上一根K线的RSI是否处于40-60区间（对应白色线）
• rsi_turn_green：当前K线RSI突破60，且上一根是白色，即从白转绿
• rsi_turn_red：当前K线RSI跌破40，且上一根是白色，即从白转红
• 新增的plotshape用于在K线上标记切换位置，方便验证警报触发点是否正确
• 最后添加两个alertcondition，分别对应两种颜色切换的警报触发
