问题根源 #

你的代码里有两个关键问题导致填充色无法生效：

• 你使用了scale_fill_discrete()，这个函数会强制调用ggplot默认的离散填充色方案，直接覆盖了手动设置填充色的逻辑。
• 错误调用scale_color_manual()——小提琴图的填充色由fill美学映射控制，这个函数是用来设置线条、点边框等color属性的，和填充色无关。

修复后的代码 #

把scale_fill_discrete()替换为scale_fill_manual()，移除无用的scale_color_manual()，同时调整主题顺序避免样式冲突：

关键修改说明 #

1. 替换填充色映射函数：用scale_fill_manual()替代scale_fill_discrete()，直接传入你需要的颜色值c("lightblue", "red")，同时保留标签设置。
2. 移除无效的颜色函数：删掉scale_color_manual()，因为它不影响小提琴的填充色。
3. 调整主题顺序：把theme_classic()放在自定义theme()之前，这样自定义的主题样式会覆盖基础主题的默认设置，避免样式被重置。

修改后，第一组（group 1）会显示浅蓝色，第二组（group 2）显示红色，箱线图的填充色也会和小提琴图保持一致。
