VB.NET(.NET7)配置Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook遇类型转换错误求助

问题场景 #

开发基于.NET 7.0的VB.NET Windows应用程序时，配置Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook遇到以下问题：

• 初始使用15.0.4797.1004版本的Interop包，因Office 365（Build 16924.20150）版本不匹配失败
• 改用COM引用添加Microsoft Outlook 16.0 Object Library后，抛出错误：

System.InvalidCastException: 'Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Element not found. (0x8002802B (TYPE_E_ELEMENTNOTFOUND)).'

已尝试重建解决方案、更新/修复Office 365，问题仍未解决。

解决步骤 #

1. 匹配Interop版本与Office 365 #

• 卸载旧的15.0版本NuGet包，安装兼容Office 365的Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook NuGet包（选择16.0.x版本）
• 若使用COM引用：
  • 确保选中Microsoft Outlook 16.0 Object Library
  • 右键项目引用中的该库 → 属性，将嵌入互操作类型设置为False

2. 统一应用与Office的位数 #

• Office 365默认为64位，将.NET项目的平台目标设为x64：
  右键项目 → 属性 → 编译 → 平台目标，选择x64（避免使用Any CPU，防止位数不兼容）

3. 重新注册Outlook COM组件 #

以管理员身份打开命令提示符，执行对应位数的注册命令：

• 64位Office：

  "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" /regserver
  

• 32位Office：

  "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" /regserver
  

执行后重启Outlook和Visual Studio。

4. 调整Outlook实例初始化时机 #

避免在窗体构造函数中初始化COM对象，移至Load事件：
