非管理员身份下提取Telegram私密频道链接是否可行？

作为Telegram私密频道成员但无管理员权限时，能否提取该频道的链接？
目前我可提取公开频道的ID、标题及@username，仅能提取私密频道的ID与标题。是否可通过交互系统消息实现？
当我将私密频道发送给机器人以获取其信息时，聊天中会出现系统消息"You sent CHANNELTEST to the BOTEST bot"（CHANNELTEST为频道标题），疑似隐藏着频道链接，是否可从中提取？欢迎任何思路与帮助。
