你的代码问题出在把判断逻辑写在了类的顶层，而不是__str__方法内部。类定义时的if pronouns != ''只会在类加载时执行一次，判断的是类的字段对象（不是实例的字段值），所以不管后续实例的pronouns有没有内容，__str__方法的定义都固定了，导致无效。

正确的写法是把判断逻辑放到__str__方法里，每次调用时动态检查当前实例的pronouns值：

• strip()能处理用户不小心输入空格的情况，避免空括号的尴尬显示
• 对于blank=True的CharField，默认值是空字符串，直接判断self.pronouns也可行，但加strip()会更严谨
