R语言动态分配变量与文件名时FUN无效参数报错排查

需求：

• 为变量添加后缀（通过.拼接variable_suffix）实现重命名
• 文件名采用下划线分隔格式，需包含变量名与subtype_value

执行R代码时触发错误：Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...) : invalid first argument，已知unique(clin.info$type)返回[1] 1 2，期望生成以下格式的输出：

• 变量名：pathway.activities.1、pathway.activities.2、cell.fractions.1、cell.fractions.2等
• 文件名：pathway_activities_KIRP_1.rda、pathway_activities_KIRP_2.rda、cell_fractions_KIRP_1.rda等

报错原因 #

1. ls()匹配范围错误：ls(pattern)会匹配全局环境中所有符合模式的变量，第一次循环生成带.1的变量后，第二次循环会把原始变量、.1后缀变量、.2后缀变量全部纳入var_names，导致变量列表混乱。
2. save()参数不兼容：save的file参数仅接受单个文件名，但原代码中var_names是多元素向量，通过paste0生成了多个文件名，传递给file时触发参数错误。
3. 变量与文件对应关系错误：原代码试图一次性将所有匹配的变量存入多个文件，不符合save的使用逻辑——save一次只能保存到单个文件，或需循环逐个处理变量。

• 文件名直接基于基础变量名生成，避免混乱
