1. 修复变量间红色网格线问题

由于使用了coord_flip()，原x轴（分类变量term）转为y轴，ggplot默认不会为分类轴生成次要刻度，因此panel.grid.minor.y无法生效。我们可以直接通过geom_hline()手动添加分隔线：

• 获取term的分类数量，计算出每个变量之间的分隔位置（数值化分类标签的间隙）
• 用geom_hline()绘制这些位置的红色虚线
